It's a visual delight that perfectly encapsulates summertime. This episode is among the most well-balanced in the series because it strikes a balance between Kintaro's absurd facial expressions and his true athletic ability.

kintaro fixing a pool filter with a paperclip while the mayor's daughter watched? his engineering skills are wasted on freelance work. the animation on his focused face was great. the ending with the pool finally working? satisfying. 🏊

Kintarou's dedication really shines through in this episode. The more grounded setting lets his work ethic take center stage, and the animation holds up well. Character writing remains a strong point. A solid, entertaining episode that shows why Golden Boy is such a fun watch
