The episode begins on some pretty racy grounds but settles into a good world building episode. The ending with some action and a good plot development keeps the pacing perfect! Good to see the human side of the goblin slayer. Emotions and romance on the sidelines. Good watch
Kinda didn't expect there to be a plot twist in the MC's background story before he became a Goblin Slayer in this episode. Also, ain't no way ya'll miss this episode ^o^ spicy and controversial.
Another character introduction, this time it's the master of Goblin Slayer. Judging by the flashback his master trained him to think fast or else death will be the consequences. This is the first episode that we would see GS without his helmet and Sword Maiden without her blindfold. Unfortunately though GS's face isn't shown clearly (don't worry it's the same with LN and also Manga)
