Episode Context

This is the second chapter of the 'Owee' arc, following Episode 98's setup of the characters' obsession with a new gaming console. The gaming battles escalate here with full comedic payoff before the arc wraps and Episode 100 pivots into a meta-commentary episode about the creators of the in-universe 'Gintaman' manga, a signature Gintama tonal shift.
