EPISODE REVIEWS

The tension in this ep was palpable. the way they built up the refugee district's precarious situation felt so real. Saito and Togusa's teamwork was solid. the political layers in this season are already deeper than S1. hooked!

Aramaki is working angles in the background that you don't fully understand yet but you trust him completely, and that trust is doing a lot of narrative work. It is thought-provoking, tense, and way more layered than a single watch can catch.

the tension in this episode was thick. the helicopters going rogue over the refugee district had this eerie, mechanical feel like something was wrong before you could even see it. gohda's entrance was smooth but unsettling; the scarred face and the easy smile didn't match. 😰
