Martial law declared and everything goes sideways. the chaos was animated so well. Section 9 caught in the middle trying to prevent the worst was intense. Motoko and Kuze finally facing each other in the middle of all this? the buildup has been insane.

This is the episode the whole season has been building to, and it earns every second of the weight it carries. The chaos that erupts is not clean or heroic; it's desperate, ugly, and deeply human.

the atmosphere in this episode was suffocating. the standoff in dejima, the refugees staring down the military, kuze standing there like he'd already won. the tension was so thick you could cut it. 🔥
