Not gonna lie, this episode stressed me out way more than the earlier school case episodes. I’m really feeling for Mai here; trusting her instincts while everyone else turns suspicious added good tension, and that final sequence was genuinely unsettling.

That ending was actually pretty emotional. Ghost Hunt is great at showing that spirits aren't just monsters; sometimes they're just stuck in a loop of sadness.
