I love the episode. The team dynamics are a highlight. Takuma and Kamui's rivalry is the classic hot blooded protagonist vs. cold, mysterious rival dynamic that Getter Robo does best. Baku is the underappreciated MVP his precognition makes him invaluable, but he's stuck playing peacemaker between two idiots who won't talk to each other.

Good episode. Even though most of it was basically a lore dump, I enjoyed it more than the previous one. It was also a nice touch to include flashbacks from Getter Robo Go here. The characters really shined in this episode, and the new Getter Team has great synergy.
