This is a really stupid episode, it is WAY TOO MUCH about the tiring craftiness of hobbies. Who gives a damn about watching Tanaka’s custom designs or staring at sewing machine parts/operations? Then watching Madarame rant about how pure nerds are for extended, boring.

From where I stand on the episode, it’s a fascinating look at the "craft" side of the hobby. The legendary highlight is when Tanaka shows off his custom-made costumes. My opinion about the graphics is that the detail on the sewing machine and fabric is surprisingly sharp.

Madarame is officially my favorite character. His ranting about the purity of hobbies is peak nerd culture. It’s funny because it’s true, but also a little bit of a reality check. The club room feels so lived-in and cozy.
