📖 SYNOPSIS

The Genshiken club, dedicated to the study of modern visual culture, starts a new year with the familiar challenge of attracting new members. This year, however, promises to be different. The club unexpectedly gains a new member, Chika Ogiue, who is essentially forced upon them by the Manga Club. Ogiue's introduction is memorable, as she declares, "I'm Ogiue and I hate otaku." This sets the stage for a year filled with potential conflict and comedic interactions as the existing members navigate their new dynamic with the outspoken and opinionated Ogiue. The OVA focuses on the clash of personalities and the humorous situations that arise from Ogiue's presence.
