Genshiken's fourth president, Kanako is a passionate cosplayer with a secret love for yaoi featuring bald, muscular older men.

Kanji Sasahara

Genshiken's 3rd president, Sasahara, initially denies his otaku side, but eventually embraces it, even confessing his love for Ogiue.

Makoto Kousaka

Handsome and hardcore otaku, Makoto is Saki's patient, easy-going boyfriend who excels at video games.

A calm cosplayer and model kit expert, Tanaka is skilled at costume design and finds his ideal partner in Ohno.
