Episode Context

Coming off Episode 72's awakening of the Yōkai Castle, this episode pivots into a new legend-focused investigation that expands the show's supernatural world-building. Sitting at episode 73 of 100, it falls in the series' final stretch where standalone yōkai mysteries increasingly tie into the broader tapestry of human-yōkai relations. The Forty-Seven Yōkai Warriors thread established here feeds into subsequent episodes that continue exploring these legendary encounters.
