what such an emotional episode, the soundtrack is really good. It is a shame how the limited animation ruins the narrative at important moments because is an important moment for alex as a female character but at least the storytelling is decent
An episode focused on tense atmosphere. It plays up the mystery aspect of the series more and focuses less on the action. Feels more like a slow-burn intrigue that's ramping up, building up to something later down the line. Will have to say, soundtrack is beautiful.
I'm focusing on the song this time. It's beautiful, but it's so familiar. It sounds like "Saving All My Love for You." Come to think of if, the lyrics of that English song are told from a third party perspective, which, in a mafia narrative, is similar to Alex' situation, except that she was forced into it. I don't think it's confirmed that the song here is a revival. I just can't help but notice the resemblance in tune. Other than that, Alex' singing voice is great. A round of applause!
