The story centers on Nic and Worick, known as the Handymen, who operate as mercenaries for hire, tackling the jobs too dangerous or unsavory for others. Their lives are a constant dance with danger, navigating the treacherous landscape of rival gangs, corrupt law enforcement, and the city's underbelly. When a police officer requests their help in eliminating a new gang encroaching on Mafia territory, the Handymen accept, expecting another routine assignment. However, this job quickly escalates, revealing a complex web of deceit and a conflict that will force them to confront the true nature of their city and their place within it.
