Drugs, sex, violence, syndicates, cartel, mercenaries, guns, swords, and a whole lot more sounds like a jackpot. The introduction is not rushed, it's chill, and you easily get the whole picture. I love the soundtrack Renegade, it perfectly fits the core. The animation is comic-like, but it works just right for the setting. And the one thing that I find most commendable is that protagonists here were not made perfect. They were not drawn as stunners, good-looking, or with perfect wholesome life background. They were not cooked in the same fire that typical protagonists are served. They feel raw and real, not fake.

An introductory episode that sets the tone of the series. Gritty and dark, but the focus on character relationships is interesting. One of the main characters being deaf is certainly a choice that raises some eyebrows. The style and more grounded animation fits the series.

Great and interesting beggining, something new and fresh from other series, the main characters fits good together, i really enjoy the dinamic of this duo thoruout the mision, i would liked there to be more action time in the climax of this episode but was good to be the 1 ep

Two men linked by tragedy, sharing a bond that forged a deep friendship. One lead is deaf, but it takes nothing away from his strength: a meaningful representation. Great action with slow motion highlights; A mature gripping seinen. A striking anime that is deeply underrated.
