Episode Context

Coming off Episode 22's introduction of Kaname and his unique Alice, this episode pivots to a circus event that shifts the social dynamics at the academy and introduces new elements that will carry weight heading into the final three episodes. It serves as a transitional chapter, maintaining the show's warmth while escalating the underlying intrigue that has been building across the second half of the season. With only three episodes remaining after this, the circus setting feels deliberately chosen to set the stage for the series' closing arc.
