EPISODE CONTEXT
Sitting at the season's rough midpoint, Episode 9 functions as a deliberate pivot from Rudo's personal adjustment arc in the preceding episodes toward the broader alliances and challenges that will define the back half of the 24-episode run. It introduces Canvas Town and new characters that expand the series' scope beyond survival mechanics into questions of community and purpose.
