This episode is a tense chapter that sets the stage for a major new conflict in the series. This episode focuses on the rising pressure within the Abyss as different things begin to move. Can't wait for next episode .

Heyy Rudo is back at the nurse office again!! Glad to see you ma'am! Seimu was especially cool this episode! She was hilarious as well. I love her character a lot!

This episode started with funny scenes and continuous conversations, with everything going smoothly and everyone sharing their thoughts. There were brief but sharp bursts of fighting. Semiu’s powers looked really cool the way she used them, and the ending took an unexpected turn.

The episode lives up to its name, “The Storm Before the Storm,” and the story is getting serious.

Oho! We're having a new opening and ending song. And we are back to the hilarious old woman. We also got some connection to some characters, which is surprising that they are related. Also, Emiu is so cool. The soundtrack choices match the scene. The ending is a cliffhanger.

The title definitely feels apt as a transition episode. It's great to see some additional faces and interesting information from the (other) Cleaners, too. Much of the episode can be treated as a filler but the end is definitely not something you wanna miss.

Ep 14 is definitely a filler episode. If not, it can pass as a filler. It’s a good comic relief for the intense episodes tho. Also, good thing this ep contains the introduction of core characters and the cliffhanger ending, keeping the audience interested in the next ep.

EPISODE CONTEXT

Sitting at the midpoint of a 24-episode run, episode 14 pivots away from the emotional character revelations about Amo's past explored in episode 13 and refocuses squarely on the Cleaners' survival as they face escalating external threats. This installment serves as the gateway into the Trash Storm Arc, laying critical groundwork for the major confrontations that will define the season's back half. The title says it all — the real storm hasn't hit yet.
