An energetic, funny, and chaotic episode. Kyou and his childhood friend meet after a long time, maintaining Tooru's vibe to bring everyone together. Overall — energetic and fun to watch. 9/10.

Episode Context

Coming off three episodes that established the zodiac curse, Tohru's living arrangement, and the Kyo-Yuki rivalry, Episode 4 begins broadening the Sohma family roster beyond the core trio. Kagura's introduction signals the show's shift toward exploring the wider family and the varied ways the curse shapes each member's emotional life. This sets the foundation for the parade of Sohma introductions that will define much of the first season's structure.
