Bro Satoru's grandmother is such a baddie, it's really fortunate she favours Saki that much - girls sitting with Protagonist protection pro max. Also, again, Satoru is much more likeable. Makes sense what Maria was trying to say.

The knowledge shared by Tomiko and the reach of her political power are what keep me invested. You really need a lot of patience to finish an anime like this, but those lore drops make the slow burn worth it.
