VerifiedI kinda vibe with this one, a lot of slice of life for Beryl and his former students over swords. A little slow, but there's a little cliffhanger at the end, which makes you look forward to the next episode.
VerifiedThis episode did a good job balancing action with character development. Beryl never tries to make himself the center of attention but somehow he always ends up being the most impressive person in the room. The series has been really consistent with his personality and I appreciate that.
VerifiedMan, why is the animation so mediocre when it matters? I’m pretty disappointed. Story-wise, this episode is quite exciting. The way Beryl and Surena worked together was great. To nitpick, while the story itself is solid, the direction was pretty mid.
