It is refreshing to see something with slow pacing, with good battle scenes, it helps you essentially build a good relationship with the characters, but also being able to see a glimpse of Frierens life before she became Frieren the Slayer was quite interesting.

However witnessing how easily Frieren can overpower a demon with sheer mana is quite an amazing experience.
