Episode Context

Sitting at the series' midpoint past episode 64, this episode directly follows Koryu's decision to confront Raoh and channels that momentum into the escalating tensions among the Hokuto brothers. It serves as critical connective tissue, deepening the Raoh-Toki dynamic and laying the emotional and narrative groundwork for their anticipated showdown in the episodes ahead. Kenshiro's role here positions him within a conflict that extends beyond any single rivalry, reinforcing the overarching themes of lineage and duty that define this stretch of the series.
