Episode Context

Sitting just past the halfway mark at episode 56 of 109, this episode is the payoff for the Rei vs. Yuda conflict that has been escalating over the preceding stretch of episodes, with personal grudges and ticking-clock stakes driving the tension. The previous episode established the final battlefield and raised the emotional stakes to a breaking point. What follows will deal with the aftermath of this confrontation and pivot the narrative toward the next major challenges awaiting Kenshiro and the surviving cast.
