VerifiedAnother perfect adaptation, nothing has been omitted and there are even small additions not seen in the manga to make a certain scene understandable. The small cameo appearances of characters in a certain Soul World made me feel nostalgic, it even hit me hard when Bakusou Yumeuta by Diggy-MO was played at the end 😭. Now I wish there will be an announcement of Soul Eater Remake and hopefully David Production will also handle the animation.

VerifiedWELLL it was fun while it last but I think the ending feel a little bit rushed. Somehow, I still couldn't adapt to the idea of this world yet everything shifted in a blink. Still, Shinra is a MVP and finally gained the hero title of the world! The worldbuilding is kind of fun too

I honestly can't believe they actually went there, connecting it all to Soul Eater like that. The art style change was so jarring at first, but then it just felt right. Seeing everyone like Obi and Maki in that new style just made it sink in that this is really a new world, and it's awesome. Shinra really outdid himself this time.
