This episode has progress in it, thanks to Saber taking the lead despite what Shirou said. The animation budget was upped a bit for the fight scenes. Not much, but it's something. More emphasis on Rider's "features" if you may and one for Saber.

Things are getting intense now. The fights are picking up and you can feel the stakes rising. Shirou is still being reckless as always, but the tension between masters and servants is getting more interesting. The atmosphere this episode was pretty solid.

The fight scenes are actually good. The only thing dragging it down is the choice of soundtrack. Although the fight scenes are exciting and hype building, it was cut short, which left me a bit disappointed.
