The training montage episode - just what Shirou needed to be less useless. Some extra fan service this episode (unexpected but it's fine). Shirou keeps getting advice and help that at this point he's just dragging the show in the mud. Not much happens in this episode, can skip.

Things slow down a bit here but the tension is still there. More focus on character interactions and the situation around Shirou keeps getting complicated. He’s still way too reckless, but you can see things building toward something bigger & comedy here and there keeps it light

Where are the fight scenes? We have reached episode 10, and we still haven't gotten a full heavy fight scene. Not even a single full fight scene. I'm getting tired of them planning. But hey, we got to see the other side of Illya, which makes for good character development.
