Fate/stay night: Heaven's Feel - I. Presage Flower

Despite releasing nine years ago, the visual quality and animation in this movie remain top-notch. As a newcomer to the franchise, I found the underlying lore and motivations a bit confusing early on, though the story becomes easier to follow over time. Leaving on a cliffhanger was disappointing since I was hoping for Shirou and Saber to reunite, but I'm looking forward to finding out what happens in part two.

La peli abre la trilogía con estilo "ufotable" en su máximo esplendor, pero el ritmo inicial se siente lento para quien no conoce la saga. Shirou sigue siendo un protagonista algo plano, y la pelea contra Berserker, aunque visualmente es brutal, tarda en llegar.

Another beautiful movie by Ufotable depicting the Heaven' Feel route. I do have some nitpicks regarding the details that were removed from the VN given the airtime for this, but nevertheless it's really a great movie with an amazing soundtrack.

For the first movie of Sakura's route, I did find some scenes a little slow, but they were still really interesting from a story perspective. This movie did a great job showing how Sakura and Shirou's relationship is like while laying the groundwork for the next two movies. Assassin's scenes definitely stood out because of how intense and brutal they were.

A darker and more intense take on the Fate/stay night story. Presage Flower takes its time building the atmosphere, relationships, and growing sense of danger, making the movie feel both beautiful and unsettling. The animation is absolutely stunning, and ufotable delivers some incredible action sequences. It’s emotional, mysterious, and visually spectacular, especially if you’re already familiar with the Fate universe. Even with its slower buildup, the movie leaves you wanting to immediately watch the next part.

Definitivamente lo que más destaca es la maravilla visual que nos da la película y junto con la buena calidad sonora hacen que las peleas sean un espectáculo. Sigue la trama de Sakura, pero para entender esta ruta hay que ver todas las partes.

This movie is a great addition to UFOtable's line of Fate adaptations. As expected, the highlight of the show is the action sequences. The animation is top-notch and near God-like. The fluidity of the combat scenes are so smooth compared to the anime of today. A must watch!

In my personal view of the movie, it is a breathtaking masterclass in slow-burn dread and atmosphere. The standout scene is when Lancer and True Assassin engage in that high-speed chase. The graphics are on top and have an absolute peak of modern anime.

Great movie, and animations alot of VM player say they cut alot of stuff but the first movie did a great job. And Lancer against True Assassin was great! Nice 3D animation blend in the 2D also, Classic Ufotable
