I genuinely have no idea what's going on. The first episode throws you into this world with zero context and just expects you to keep up. There's so much terminology being thrown around and nothing is explained properly. Hakuno as a protagonist feels completely hollow and the pacing is all over the place. Shaft's visual style is interesting but it doesn't save the fact that the story is borderline incomprehensible.
