The story of the Grey Fox immediately hits an emotional note. Even though it’s just the setup in Part 1, you can already feel the weight of the sacrifices involved between spirits and humans. The art style and background details are gorgeous, and the quiet, melancholic tone of the storytelling gives it a really unique charm compared to standard fantasy shows.

A good first episode that made me interested right away. The story was easy to follow, and the characters made me want to keep watching.

Awesome graphics and animation.. As most of the Donghua at the moment, they deliver excellent animations and graphical style, and mostly lore-based story.. Its a great start for a 1st episode.
