Looking back, I'm honestly surprised how invested I've become after starting with a sequel 😂 This episode doesn't rely on huge action scenes to keep things exciting. Instead, it builds anticipation for what's coming next, and I think it does that really well. I still have a lot of unanswered questions, but instead of feeling confused, I'm just excited to keep watching. I wish the series explained a little more about the Festum by this point, but somehow the mystery is also what keeps me going.

I liked this episode a lot. Honestly, I was just starting to enjoy it and it's already over. It actually got good in this episode. And the fact that there's no conclusion and there's more beyond this. So annoying. Anyway, for 13 episodes of this, it was actually pretty damn good. The concept, art, music, story, characters - all really good. The only problem it has is pacing and explanation. Well, both go hand in hand. I think if these were fixed, it would be a really good show. It's still really good, but for this instalment and episode count it's just good.

The episode tries to juggle multiple fronts of the conflict simultaneously, but the transitions feel incredibly jarring. One moment we're looking at desperate defensive lines, and the next we're thrown into dense tactical dialogue. Instead of building a cohesive sense of epic scale, the action scenes feel scattered and hard to anchor onto emotionally.
