In this episode, I really felt sorry for Akira. This isn't the life or situation he wanted to be in. Helping him relive his old feelings was the best the team could do for him, and of course, there was a purpose behind it. Some people might see this episode as filler, but it actually contains some important information.

There's very little in this episode that serves the story as it were, even if the info seemed important? Like it was related still to the mystery of what truly happened in that one big disaster involving Akira, but against the filler content it didn't really land that hard on me.

I would skip this one. There's like a total of 5 minutes of interesting stuff but the characters barely do anything and the supposedly emotional beat at the end makes no sense for the little progress they have.
