This was also a slow episode for me. It was quiet, scholarly, and focused on Ning Que reading. This was like a "training montage" but without the montage part. It feels like a filler episode that talks about the different mechanics of their power system.

Sang Sang finally gets a proper episode. She's been in the background supporting Ning Que this whole time its nice seeing her get her own spotlight. A slow paced episode, very calm and emotional in a way, aside all the politics that's involved here and there, a very good episode.

The lore and world building is insane, The main character's getting ill had a huge effect on those around him, and the reactions about it too were really well done. For an anime the emotional aspect was really depicted in a pretty good manner
