Ya empieza cada personaje a encontrarse a si mismo y sus caminos, podemos ver a Eren al fin y a Koichi tomar las riendas de lo que quiere.

observing the deeply uncomfortable interaction between the daughter and the president effectively grounds the corporate corruption. structurally placing the protagonist this close to the finale without having achieved any of his primary career ambitions is a bold narrative choice that emphasizes the bleak reality of his field.

this entire episode was honestly just hella triggering to sit through. the realistic lens they use to show the corporate world feels incredibly natural but it is mostly just scary to me. the plot is definitely never boring though and i genuinely just wish the runtime was a little bit longer so we could see more.

Seeing koichi completely fail to become what he actually wanted to be is so rough. bro is TOTALLY BURNT OUT and has not made anything out of himself yet. I could not stand him in the earlier episodes but seeing him look so defeated right now is just incredibly relatable. hurts watching him struggle this late in the game.

The flashback where Chiaki spills the coffee was actually so painful to watch and it made her standing up to the president later feel way more earned

I didn't think I'd care this much about Chiaki but her struggle with the nepotism label hit me hard. Rukawa telling her to just play the cards she was dealt was the exact kind of cold advice she needed. Watching her and Koichi work together on that Weekday concept felt like the first time the show actually gave us some hope.

I really think Koichi found his footing when he grabbed that marker and forced the president to listen to Chiaki's actual ideas

Seeing Koichi ignore the resignation letter for a bit and absolutely dominate that meeting with the whiteboard felt like such a massive win

That scene in the pub where Yanagi tells Rukawa he is leaving for people with terrible talent really set the tone for the whole episode. You can see how much pressure the ordinary guys are under at Meguro

I felt so bad for Koichi seeing that giant Akari billboard while he sat in the dark alone. He really thinks he is just a copycat and it hurts to watch him struggle with that lack of talent

EPISODE CONTEXT

With only three episodes remaining, Episode 10 follows the identity-focused introspection of Episode 9 and marks a critical turn inward for Koichi's arc — shifting from questions of self-expression to the harder question of whether his ambitions were ever truly within reach. It positions the final stretch of the season to escalate both his professional stakes and personal reckoning.
