It is crazy how a show this old can still make you feel that specific weight of leaving school and not knowing where your friends will end up. The transitions between the different girls felt organic and even the more fanservice heavy moments had this weirdly somber tone to them. It really nails the feeling of a season ending for good.

Those resolutions for the side characters are the parts that I keep thinking about because I always felt like they deserved more attention and the drama felt actually real for once

Jumping between all the different routes makes it feel like you are losing time and the music really captures that 90s sadness

The paths these girls are taking feel so final and the show handles the end of high school without getting too cheesy

I hate knowing that graduation is coming and seeing the girls go their separate ways made me actually sad and the goodbye scenes felt so heavy

Every time the opening theme plays it gets me hyped but the way they handled the tension between the sisters in this one was top tier

I really liked the scene where they all went to the shrine, and it felt like a classic nineties romance moment that you just do not see anymore

Ryuunosuke choosing to help out at the clinic instead of just goofing off shows he has some actual character growth happening beneath all the jokes

I was not expecting this episode to take such a dramatic turn with the graduation talk because it usually stays pretty lighthearted. Seeing the girls all reflect on their time at school while the season changes makes me feel nostalgic for a time I never lived through. The way Ryuunosuke interacted with Minami today felt like the most honest conversation they have had

That moment under the cherry blossoms was beautiful and the music made the whole conversation feel a lot more serious than usual

It actually surprised me that they gave Izumi so much screen time today because I thought she was going to be a side character forever

I am still thinking about how Ryuunosuke handles all these girls without losing his mind and seeing Saeko today was a nice change of pace

The way the ending of this episode just cuts to the credits after that scene with Misa makes the wait for next week so hard

The art style in this OVA has that perfect nineties aesthetic and the pool scene really showed off why Elf games were so huge back then

Seeing the characters finally move on to their graduation plans feels bittersweet because it means the show is actually ending soon

That final montage of all the girls really got me because I played the game and seeing them all happy made my day

The 90s aesthetic in those cherry blossom shots is still unbeatable and the music during the last confession was actually pretty beautiful

The graduation scene really hit the mark, and seeing the main guy finally make a choice made the plot feel finished after all the flirting.

I think I liked the earlier episodes more because this one tried to fit too many endings into one sitting and it felt a bit rushed to me

The way the art shifted for the final spring scenes looked so good and seeing everyone move on with their lives felt right after all that drama

EPISODE CONTEXT

At Episode 8 of 12, the series has moved past its midpoint and the relationships established in earlier episodes are now deepening or being tested. This episode appears to serve as a transitional chapter — processing what has come before while reorienting characters toward the season's endgame. The episodes that follow will likely escalate both emotional stakes and resolution arcs, making this a pivotal setup episode.
