That was quite the tense beginning here, and it only ramps up as the episode unfolds! Every faction looks like they're about to converge paths once again as Shiki heads to his next destination. I've been thinking about how did Ziggy end up with a dire goal like that in mind that he's resorted to being opposed to Shiki's, but I think the mystery of it being unknown for now is what will keep this season interesting. Hopefully there will be more hints!

There are a lot of new faces to remember, but they’ll surely play important roles very soon. Wow, that must be an incredibly difficult decision to make and live with for the rest of your life, but it comes with the path they’ve chosen. A big reunion, huh? The setup from the start of the arc is finally catching up. There are many emotions to sort through, but they can’t afford to let those feelings stop them during a crisis.

With the sub, it's nice to find out why Ziggy and Shiki are called Demon King. Clever play on words. The conflict introduced by Ziggy in this episode really makes a fantastical moral dilemma because even finding solution doesn't mean the victims can forgive and move on. I'm looking forward to how Mashima will handle the story.
