I think due to Anri's actions, Kida and Mikado both somehow turned back from their groups but this can be seen also as face of their own decision to end external conflicts. However, Izaya, behind the scenes, looks not yet satisfied.

The first half of the episode where Anri was helped by members of the Dollars was beyond sweet, it just shows how much impact the Dollars actually have around as the colorless gang. Anri and Celty also develop this sister-like bond. I hope Kida gets his head straight though.

With the Yellow Scarves cornering Anri, a chase starts that shows the true power that the Dollars are capable of. But in between all of that we are reminded that our main trio are nothing more than teenagers involved in something far bigger than any of them can control.
