It's not that surprising who the leader of Yellow Scarves is but it's interesting how he had lived as it's head. Also, the fact that Izaya lives up to his name as information dealer. He's the true joker among the scene.

That was a revelation. We got to see Kida's backstory when he wasn't with Mikado. He was just a middleschooler, of course I sympathize with him, how he acted and how he was, as he was just a tween. But I never thought that last scene would happen that fast.
