As Celty begins to realize how unimportant for head to have a head, a mystery about The Slasher takes place and people, including Mikado, Shinra, Izaya, and more were trying to unfold. In the end, it also showed that this story is somehow connected to Celty.

"Love breeds confusion." And confused it is. I like how the story, despite having Celty slowly accepting that she'll build a new life without a head, keeps throwing more information at her. Other than that, I also like how Kida and Anri seemed to have connection with the plot.
