After the previous episode, now it clearly states some of the important revelations, about the black rider and "The Dollars", including it's founder. It looks like the puzzle has been completed.

As the bow from the previous plots were tied up this episode, a new one emerge, bigger than before as they revealed a plot twist at the end. I like how the story doesn't neatly closed a plot, as it can lead to another branch in the future. This story really is fun and chaotic.

The final pieces move and the secret behind Celty’s head is revealed. Or has it? In a story with so many moving pieces, can everything just be solved just like that or is there someone moving things in shadows? Durarara ends its first half, but the story is yet far from over.
