This episode higlights how people see the colorless group and what they do in reality. Little by little, it makes way for the plot to introduce it by the actions made by each character, including Mikado.

From the start, we have this B-plot of searching for the group "Dollars" and in this episode we finally got that answer. I have an inkling about what happened at the end some episode ago, but this was a satisfying reveal nontheless. Ryogho Narita always write the best characters!

Yagiri Seiji, Harima Mika, Celty’ head and the human traffic incidents, all the pieces of this plot are starting to come together and just then, Mikado does something… If Durarara felt so far as a disconnected thread of many plots, all of them finally start to converge.
