One of my favorite Pekora moments in this anime. It's already sad enough to see what she goes through already, but she still keeps her pride as an angel and protects the people she cares about.

Pekola’s life is so dang hard. Imagine working to your bones and still losing money, bruh, i’d cry. Medusa and Jashin bonds are just CHEF KISS, they are so sibling coded.

I'm really loving Poporon as a character. Not only does she have some really funny moments, but we've also seen a very unique—and even touching—relationship with her former superior. It was a good episode overall.

Llakisqa Aya: The most defenseless are the strongest. (Looks down) I'm sorry for what that lunatic Pekora did to you. I had no other choice after learning the truth... Aside from the great anime references, there was a great ATM moment. Now I want to eat chocolate.

Poor Pekola, always getting the worst treatment for just trying to live… very good ep, favourite segment was Pekola saving Poporon during her show.

UP: VALENTINE'S ACTUALLY WHOLESOME. Medusa giving chocolate and Jashin being nice? Character growth? Pekola getting job then losing money classic. DOWN: Money loss painful. Pekola suffering never ends. 💝

Oh hell no, just shut down your business, Yusa. No one can afford that, buddy. I can’t stop laughing at the otakus in this series—they’re just like me, fr fr. Nah, just kidding, LOL. On a good note, though, Pekora’s such a chad. I can’t help but see her in a different light.

A very wholesome episode once again. Pekola’s misfortune is played extra cruel here, and it’s hilarious or unbearable depending on your tolerance for “the universe hates her.” Its chaotic and yet fast paced which is very engaging

The parodies in between througout the episode is really funny especially to otakus who knows their stuff. Pekola having common sense in an absurd world was a great addition to the humor while Jashin's minsunderstandings mixed with jealousy gives fun, heartwarming interactions.

Balances misfortune and sweetness. Pekora’s fake-charity heartbreak hits hard, Poporon’s idol arc softens, and Medusa’s Valentine twist is unexpectedly tender. Even venom ice cream can’t freeze the warmth underneath the chaos. Cruel, chaotic… but quietly kind.

Pekola really has it rough for her. She deserves a nice house and food for real. Aside from the comedic aspect, it also nice that we got a wholesome scene between Pekola and Poporon. Its also funny that they did parodies of different anime.

The second-hand embarrassment is real here. Poor Pekora just cannot catch a break… The ending is so soft and wholesome though, and it’s a total mood-lifting episode that leaves your heart feeling full despite the predictable story beats. Shout out to the fun anime references too!

Koji and Yusa are back! My favorite cute sisters! The serious aspect of Pekora's broken life to the comedic aspect of the episode as a whole really fit in with each other. Pekora's been broke for sometime, the eyebags is a small detail we can appreciate! Kudos animators!

EPISODE CONTEXT

A chaotic comedy driven by Pekora's enduring misfortune, this episode also delivers surprising wholesome moments and clever anime references, making it a worthwhile watch.
