my stomach dropped when frieza transformed because he was already too strong and now he looks like he could crush the whole planet without trying

power levels are a joke now that frieza is over a million and the look on everyones faces when he said it was pure dread

Episode Context

Coming off the significant Piccolo-Nail fusion in the previous episode, episode 78 pivots back to the central battlefield and reframes the entire Frieza confrontation by revealing the villain's transformative power. Positioned roughly a quarter through the series, this is a critical inflection point in the Namek saga that establishes the devastating power ceiling the Z Fighters must somehow overcome. It directly sets the stage for the desperate tactical shifts and escalating battles that follow as the team scrambles for any viable path to survival.
