Seeing Goku ask Krillin to spare Vegeta just so he can have a rematch later is such a wild move because it shows how different he is from a normal hero and most people would want revenge for Yamcha and the others but Goku only cares about the thrill of the fight and that selfishness is what makes his character so interesting to watch
