Gotenks' Super Ghost Kamikaze Attack was such a brilliant move, I couldn't believe my eyes when those little specters actually started blowing Buu to bits! I was cracking up at their silly antics, but also genuinely shocked they managed to cause that much damage, even if it only lasted a moment.
