honestly that big reveal of gotenks lived up to the hype and the animation during the fusion was actually pretty smooth, i thought it was so funny that he immediately ignored piccolo and got his butt kicked because it really shows he has trunks and vegeta blood in him. my only complaint is how long that elder kai stuff is taking
