I really liked seeing all the villains back even if it was just to watch them get their butts kicked again and it was weird seeing Goku hiding his Super Saiyan form and just using his base power, but maybe he just wants to test Pikkon and this filler is actually good because it shows more of what the afterlife is like for everyone
