Getting Dende back on the team to replace Kami was a smart move and he fixed those dragon balls so fast

Episode Context

This episode sits squarely in the preparation phase of the Cell Saga, following the Z Fighters' decision to train and gather resources before Cell's tournament. The preceding episodes established the threat level and the desperate need for the Dragon Balls to be functional again, making Dende's involvement a direct answer to that crisis. What happens here lays critical groundwork for the wish-granting mechanics that will prove decisive in the saga's climactic episodes.
