Gohan absolutely blew me away, taking the lead and straight-up rescuing Krillin and Piccolo when they were getting thrashed. My mind flashed back to him as a scared kid on Namek, and it's incredible to see just how much raw power and confidence he's gained since then.

I know some people skip filler but I think this was a great moment for Gohan. He stepped up to lead the team while Goku was still away, and that final Masenko was massive. Seeing him save everyone like that makes me wonder how strong he will eventually get, and Piccolo acknowledging him at the end felt very earned.
