Garlic Jr thinks he is so slick with that immortality but Piccolo pretending to be evil was a clever way to move against him when the stakes were that high

Episode Context

Sitting at episode 112 of 291, this filler installment continues the anime-original Garlic Jr. saga, bridging the gap between the Frieza and Android arcs. It follows directly from Gohan's confrontation with Piccolo in 'Fight with Piccolo' and builds toward the critical turning point of 'Suicidal Course,' where the heroes' counter-strategy against Garlic Jr.'s forces begins to crystallize. For viewers tracking only canon content, this entire stretch can be bypassed without losing narrative continuity.
