📖 SYNOPSIS

The sinister Dr. Wheelo, having survived death, now exists as a brain encased within a robotic body. Driven by a desire for ultimate power, he seeks to inhabit the body of the world's strongest warrior. This ambition places Son Goku and his companions directly in his path. The film centers on the impending conflict as Wheelo's robotic form confronts Goku and his allies.
